Jose Israel Gutierrez:

(August 18, 1924- September 21, 2022)

Jose I. Gutierrez of Coral Springs, Florida, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, September 21st, 2022.

Jose was born in Manzanares, Colombia to Aristobulo Gutierrez and Rosario Osorio Gutierrez.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Dora L. Gutierrez.

He is survived by his son, Joseph A. Gutierrez and his daughter Anna Gutierrez-Hatch, husband (Paul Hatch). He was an amazing grandfather to his two grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Hatch and Nicholas James Hatch.

Jose and his wife Dora moved to Florida in 1972 to provide a better life for their two children. He was a devoted family man, who worked hard and loved to entertain family and friends. Jose worked at STP for over 25 years. He then opened his own Import/Export business – ANDOR Enterprises.

He was loved by family as well as friends. He was a man of honor and always prided himself of being honest and doing things the correct way. He loved family, soccer, and spending weekends in the backyard. He loved gardening and working outside.

Memorial Service for Jose Gutierrez will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at Baird-Case Jordan Fannin Funeral Home at 4343 North Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, Fl 33308.

Celebration of Life following Memorial Service will be held at Cypress Hall - 1300 Coral Springs Drive, Coral Springs, Fl 33065, at 2:00 p.m.
