John B. Roberts

John Bruce Roberts, age 59 of Cumming, GA passed away on September 9, 2021 in Broward County, FL.

Born on May 9, 1962 in Broward County, FL to loving parents George and Lenore Roberts. He graduated from Tucker High School and completed a degree at Atlanta Art Institute of Atlanta.

John was married to Kim Roberts in 1992 and were members of Rock of Ages Lutheran Church. John and Kim share two beautiful daughters that meant the world to him. He was a devoted Christian that loved Rock n Roll, loved to sing, had an impeccable sense of humor and truly is known for his "laugh that could light up any room". After graduating from art school John thrived in photography.

John was a co-caregiver of his father for several years and was so helpful to his mother. Lenny Stevenson was John's best friend that he visited several times a month to care for him and support him during his chronic illness and surgeries. He was selfless and caring about taking care of his loved ones.

He worked for years at Lane Company, was General Manager at Dixie Home Crafters, part owner at The Real Gutter Guard and was maintenance supervisor at Cushman Wakefield. 2021 John was employed by Amazon.

He is survived by his mother, Lenore Roberts; daughters Ashley and Sarah Roberts; brother Dr. Doug Roberts (Missy); sister Susan LeCraw. Nieces and nephews include Sophia LeCraw, Brittany Pryby (Chris) Eric Roberts (Victoria), Rebecca Fitts (Calvin), Turner Bonham and Katherine Bonham. Cousins Rick Pia, Ken Pia (Debbie), Alex Pia, Erik Pia and Jessica Pia.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, September 26 at 2:30 PM at Rock of Ages Lutheran Church in Stone Mountain, GA.
