George Joseph Norkus

George J. Norkus age 73, of Florida, formerly of Upper St Clair, passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021. Son of the late Ernest and Lucille Norkus; Beloved husband of Janet (Oravec) Norkus; loving and devoted father of Lisa Norkus Guzzo (Matt); future granddaughter Georgia; brother of Nancy Norkus (Richard Wile deceased). Survived by a nephew and nieces and many relatives and friends.

George was a practicing pharmacist for more than 40 years. He was always optimistic, compassionate and kind.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Catherine Laboure,(St. Louise de Marillac), 320 McMurray Road, Pittsburgh on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 10:30 am. Interment will be private.

Donations in his memory may be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor, 1028 Benton Ave, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvnia 15212.
